I'm Having Trouble Logging In. How Do I Reset My Password?

Logging in to DonationMatch requires you to know your:

  • Email Address associated with the account
  • Password

Not sure which email address you used? It's the email address to which we email account notifications and password reset emails. You might find it by searching your mailbox for emails from hello{at}donationmatch.com and/or using the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page.

Don't know your password? Start at the login page here, and click on the link for "Forgot Your Password?" for the system to send you password reset instructions.

Just a note:  For security purposes, we are not able to see passwords nor retrieve them for you. We can only discuss account details with the main contact email address of the account or a verified senior staff member of the organization whose EIN is attached to the account.
