Why Can't I Find and Request Products That I Know Others Have Received Through DonationMatch?

Items in our donation catalog may have limited availability based on criteria such as location, beneficiary organization type, event type, event attendance, and more. To save unnecessary effort and time, our system will only show you items for which your event fits the criteria set by donor companies.

One exception to this are the "Out of Network" Company listings, whose links to applications we provide for convenience. These are companies that are not actively managing donation requests on DonationMatch (yet), but accept requests online. 

Please note that upgrading your account does NOT give you additional access to a larger pool of donors. Among other benefits like a one-on-one call with an event expert and no limits on requests you may send, upgraded events are highlighted to companies and are put first in line for offers for which you qualify.
