I no longer work with my organization. How do I transfer my account to someone else?

If you only have one nonprofit profile on your account, transferring your account to someone else is just a matter of updating the email address/contact information in three places:

  • "My Account" (for the account owner)
  • "My Profile" (for the organization contact information)
  • On any upcoming event listings

Once you have replaced your email address with the new owner's in "My Account," they will be able to reset the password from the login page (https://my.donationmatch.com) the first time they log in.

HOWEVER,

If you have more than one profile and only want to transfer one, or if the new owner's email address is already in use with another DonationMatch account, please contact us at support@donationmatch.com for further assistance.
