There are three areas where we ask for an address, and this is where you can update when necessary:
- Organization's Address (typically matches what is on file with IRS/Canada Revenue Agency): My Profile > Edit
- Event Shipping Address*: This will default to your organization's address and can be changed in your event profile. Click on the event name on your dashboard OR My Events > [Event Name] > Edit
- Event Venue Address: Click on the event name on your dashboard OR My Events > [Event Name] > Edit
*Please keep in mind that some companies ship items by UPS and cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so using a physical address for shipping destination is preferred.
